==Geography==
According to the United States Census Bureau, the township has a total area of . of it is land and of it (2.01%) is water. It is drained by the Delaware River, which forms its eastern boundary separating it from New Jersey. Its natural northwest boundary is Blue Mountain. Its villages include Centerville, Five Points, Hartzells Ferry, Johnsonville, Mount Bethel, North Bangor, and Slateford. Its numbered routes are 191, 512, and 611.
